trailer research

The camera angles used are close up which the feeling and emotions of the characters of the actors. The use of medium shots used in this film show different scene which you would not associate to be in a film such as a tiger in the bath and having baby. The trailer uses cuts to show a fast moving film and the actors are trying to relive what they have done in order to find dug, the film through the quick cuts and this shows many different scenes to create confusion and suspense which is liked by a Hollywood mainstream audience.
This trailer uses diegetic and non-diegetic the background music is used to create a fast paced film and this correspond to the quick cuts in the trailer there is Tyson punch which diegetic this suggests violence and laughter t different people. The music is parallel to the on screen shots going to Vegas and partying and this shows a good blend of party and laughter
This is one selected genre and the trailer is comedy to allow people to be engaged and entertained by it.
The trailer uses high key light in order to create a realistic theme and this is consistent throughout the trailer and it creates a realistic affect with how Vegas are and colourful and bright it is.

trailer research

Step up is a film about passion in regards to sound and music this has similarities to the trailer we would like to create which would consist of music. The effects such as fading helps create a fast past film furthermore each sequence connect. This is all conveyed by dancing. Cuts also suggests a fast past film corresponding to fast music and dancing. This film looks at different styles of music and dancing and our film would consist of a different type of song. The close up used are to portrays the characters emotions and feelings and we see that the character is surprised and amazed by the dancing.
The film uses quick shot to convey the message in regards to say it is time to step up which suggests this film is bigger and better than the previous with more moves and sounds in order to create a better and engaging film.
The shot where we are looking over the characters shoulder makes the audience more involved and focused on the poster which suggests that people are going to create their own style to compete.
This film uses diegetic and non-diegetic sounds the main diegetic sounds in this film will come from dialogue however non diegetic maybe more involved in this film as the music we listen is non-diegetic.
This film incorporates a lot of high key lighting in order to make the film more realistic this could reflect the dance moves that are performed are real and unique.
At the end of the trailer it uses famous singers to promote the film to the audience but also convey their music and what the artist have created for the film step up. Furthermore it shows networks to engage the audience and appeal to a wider range.

Narrative for Dark Knight
This scene conveys some of props narrative, the joker creates a contrast to the other high class society people, this connotes that the joker is a low class villain. In this scene we also see who the princess is and she is girl targeted by the joker in this scene and that is Rachel. In this scene a fight becomes apparent and the hero, the protagonist batman appears and is there to fight of the villain and keep everyone safe. In this scene this is the main characters we see and this follows props theory.
